Can I put it on by myself?

Yes, it’s very easy to slip on, adjust and secure the posture corrector without assistance.

Should the posture corrector be worn over or under clothing?

Both! Our customers have had success wearing the posture corrector over and under clothing.

How long can I wear the posture corrector each day?

It is suitable for all-day use.

Can I wear it while I sleep?

It is not recommended for use while sleeping.

Will the posture corrector help to straighten my spine?

Yes, it gently pulls your shoulders back for proper spinal alignment.

Will the posture corrector be visible under my clothing?

It will not be visible under everyday shirts, sweaters or blouses. However, form-fitting, lightweight or light-colored materials may not provide sufficient coverage.

What is the posture corrector made of?

It is fabricated with a latex-free polyester and nylon blend and includes strong hook and loop fasteners and integrated D-rings for adjustability.

Can I adjust the posture corrector while it’s on?

Yes, the fastener straps can be adjusted while you are wearing the posture brace.

Is the posture corrector washable?

Yes, it should be hand washed in cold water and air dried completely before use.

Is the posture corrector latex-free?

Yes! The fabric blend is latex-free.

Will the posture corrector stop me from slouching at my desk?

Yes, it will gently pull your shoulders back to realign your spine and reduce your slouch.

Will the posture corrector bunch or slip when I am active?

No, there are strong hook and loop fastening straps that will keep the brace in place, even when you are active.

Will the posture corrector help my posture when I take it off?

Over time, the posture corrector will retrain your shoulder muscles to pull back and align with your spine so that your posture is improved.

How to Put on the Posture Corrector:

Place each arm through a loop just like a backpack. The vertical corrector column should be flat on the middle of your back.
Ensure all straps are flat and the padding is against your front shoulder blades.
Reach back and pull the velcro straps forward.
Secure each strap to the front padded straps. Tighten as needed.
